Just near the AlsterCliff restaurant, as you arrive you see the restaurant and you turn left (500 Metres).  You will see the Event as 3 Pavillions will be set up with balloons and music playing.

 

Parking, there is a public carpark, but also you can park on the street if you find a free spot.

 

9.30 – 10.00am Check In

• Collect T-shirt & Wrist Band (optional our wonderful Pom PomsJ)))

• It will be possible to leave bags/coats etc.… (Placed in Plastic Bag with Name Sticker), however we recommend not leaving valuable items.

 

Take opportunity to understand more about FAWCO, view our fabulous Raffle Prizes and check out our yummy Bagels & Cakes (small donations for great prizes and treats – so bring some change) Please take lots of pictures and enjoy the atmosphere.

 

Raffle Prizes: - Fabulous Ruc Sacs, Sports Water Bottles, Delicious homemade

                           Jams, Wonderful Crafts, Champagne… and more.   

Everyone that participates in the Raffle gets a “Free Pair of Nike Colourful Laces” so everyone gets a prize.

 

10.00am – 10.30am

Motivational Speeches, plus we are delighted to welcome Consul General Richard Yoneoka.  We will have general Warm up fun.

 

10.30am  

Everyone will be at the Start Banner where the Fun Run/Walk begins.   Suggest Runners up front.   There will be signs for the Walker route and the turnaround point.    The Turnaround point is just before the Sailing Club (very close to the Mosque).

11.45am – 12 noon  

We will all gather back at the Pavillions for more fun.  Music, FAWCO Speech, Cheerleaders, Raffle Draw for our wonderful prizes, Sweets for Children.  Taste our fabulous Bagels & Cakes and general refreshments.

 

1pm – The Event Ends
